Job Title: Private EA/Art Collection Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private EA/Art Collection Manager to join our team at ROC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the extensive art collection and providing exceptional support to the Principal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase, restoration, delivery, and installation of items in the art portfolio
  • Oversee the global art portfolio, ensuring its growth and maintenance
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution
  • Manage household staff across the property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service
  • Update inventories, documentation, logs, and provide weekly reports
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with external suppliers
  • Assist with project management and liaise with the Property team on renovation projects
  • Work closely with Finance regarding record-keeping and budgets
  • Perform ad-hoc research, negotiation, purchases, and requests

Candidates must be degree-educated and have some evidence of working with art, either through professional experience or education. An EA background is desirable.
