Private Art Collection Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Art Collection Administrator to join our team at a High Profile London Family Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase, restoration, delivery, and installation of items in the art portfolio, as well as coordinating complex travel itineraries and managing household staff across the property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the global art portfolio
- Extensive diary management, including scheduling for the business and the Private Office
- Managing correspondence, screening calls, facilitating conference calls
- Personal work including arranging travel, activity research, weekend scheduling, and event organisation
- Co-ordinating complex travel itineraries to ensure all elements run seamlessly
- Managing household staff across the property portfolio
- Updating inventories, documentation, logs and providing weekly reports
- Negotiating contracts and rates with external suppliers
- Assisting with project management and liaising with the Property team on renovation projects
- Working closely with Finance regarding record-keeping and budgets
- Ad-hoc research, negotiation, purchases and requests
Candidates must be degree educated and have some evidence of working with art either by professional experience or education. An EA background is desirable.
