We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment.
  • Excellent care skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to think on their feet and lead by example.
  • Driven to continue growing their skills and making a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
