* Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, and team development
* Ensure seamless inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment

About You:

* Previous store or deputy management experience
* Proven track record of leading and managing a team
* Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
