**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at New Look. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer service.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • Previous store management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
