About the Role

We are excited to be building our marketing team globally, driven by incredible feedback on our applications and platform. This has led to an increased need for editing and animation capabilities to showcase the Genesis platform's capabilities through technical demo videos and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing, Senior Designer, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to create high-quality technical demo videos that effectively showcase our platform, solutions, components, and integrations.
  • Assemble raw footage, add music, voiceovers, and graphics, ensuring the video is aligned with the project vision and brand guidelines.
  • Edit video content to enhance visual clarity, pacing, and narrative flow, presenting technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Review and refine video content for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Create and incorporate animations, motion graphics, and special effects to visually represent complex technical concepts and product functionalities.
  • Design custom graphics and animations to support video content and branding initiatives.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and maintain organized video files and assets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio demonstrating technical demo videos and animation work.
  • Experience in creating content for technical or software products is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Expertise in animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Blender, or similar platforms).
  • A creative thinker who can generate new ideas for video content while having strong verbal and written communication skills.
