Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for creating and managing program goals, project plans, and budgets for assigned programs, as well as engaging talent acquisition practitioners and stakeholders to successfully execute the respective program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve talent acquisition goals and objectives.
- Manage and execute large-scale talent acquisition programs, including university relations and early careers initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and business leaders.
- Analyze and evaluate program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition targets and goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with talent acquisition software and systems.
