Job Title: Program Manager for Global Talent Acquisition

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead global Talent Acquisition programs, driving improvements across early careers initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employer branding, metrics, and reporting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage program goals, project plans, and budgets for assigned programs, engaging talent acquisition practitioners and stakeholders to successfully execute the respective program.
  • Manage enterprise global projects, including university relations and early career program management, DEI initiatives, vendor management, employer brand initiatives, recruiting metrics, and reporting.
  • Design programs to support the strategic direction of talent acquisition, with oversight from the Senior Director and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, communicating program progress, issues, risks, and impacts to appropriate stakeholders, including HR and the Business.
  • Partner closely with the wider TA team to identify continuous improvement opportunities across talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Successful track record of achieving targets, such as deadlines and recruiting goals, and other KPIs as defined.
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality.
  • Experience managing large, complex talent acquisition programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and adhering to committed timelines.
  • Ability to analyze data to infer insights to make data-driven decisions.
