About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to join our central marketing team at The Citation Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing business that is set to triple in size over the next three years. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will be responsible for driving forward our PPC strategy and supporting the Acquisition and Experience Leads with the creation and delivery of our overall digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Manage large budgets and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver results-driven campaigns
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content and resources
  • Review analytics and produce reports to inform data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with internal SEO and digital experience teams to maximise synergies and improve performance
  • Liaise with digital marketing and dev agencies to continually optimise campaigns and improve results
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform changes
  • Understand the full sales cycle and the value of PPC leads within that cycle
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and SEM trends
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Acquisition Manager who has a proven track record of generating large volume lead generation activity and conversion using digital tools.

You will have strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis.

You will be comfortable using CMS applications and have experience of working alongside agencies.
