About the Position

Duty Manager Role at SSP Group

Compensation: £12.22 with an additional £1.50 per hour from midnight to 6am, resulting in a total pay rate of £13.72 per hour

Work Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours, any 5 days out of 7 between 6am and midnight

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a comparable retail environment is preferred. Applicants must be 18 years or older to fulfill certain responsibilities, including the handling and serving of alcohol.

AS A DUTY MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail. Creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations while consistently seeking service improvements. Supporting and guiding colleagues, ensuring a safe working environment and being the primary contact for daily inquiries. Coordinating team efforts, overseeing unit operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focusing on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, and advocating for improvements. Recognizing and celebrating exceptional service within the team, leading by example, and fostering inclusivity and motivation. Building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and making informed decisions to ensure team success and deliver excellence in customer service.
