Position Overview: This role involves managing the showroom during standard operating hours, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the showroom team to provide exceptional customer service and represent all brands effectively.
- Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee financial performance by managing revenue and expenses.
- Lead and develop your team, focusing on performance management and personal growth.
- Utilize sales analytics to enhance merchandising strategies and identify upselling opportunities, collaborating with marketing to increase showroom traffic.
- Ensure compliance with promotional activities, merchandising guidelines, and maintain a superior customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Sales Director.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess experience in the bicycle industry, whether in retail or a related field, along with a solid understanding of brands, specifications, and market trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
Demonstrated success in retail management and strong commercial insight are essential to complement your industry expertise. While mechanical experience or qualifications, such as Cytec certifications, are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
A genuine passion for customer satisfaction, sales, and people engagement is crucial, along with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data effectively.
