Job Summary

We are seeking a lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Employment Law team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deal with competing demands of clients, work flexibly to tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects and employment cases across various sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.
  • Supervise junior members of the team as appropriate.
  • Work directly with Partners and the wider team to deliver high-quality advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Experience of working in a national team of lawyers.
  • Experience of managing international stakeholders and supplier relationships.
  • Responsive to change and able to innovate to accommodate clients' needs.
  • Excellent IT skills to deliver innovative advice solutions.
  • A commitment to delivering quality service and handling a heavy workload.
