We are Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm with a strong presence in over 30 countries. Our team of experienced lawyers provides high-quality advice to clients across various sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Employment Law team, you will work closely with our Partners and other lawyers to manage complex projects and advise clients on employment cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex employment cases across various sectors
- Work closely with our Partners and other lawyers to deliver high-quality advice to clients
- Supervise junior members of the team as appropriate
- Develop and deliver bespoke training materials to clients
Requirements
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience of working in a national team of lawyers
- Experience of managing international stakeholders and supplier relationships
- Excellent IT skills to deliver innovative advice solutions
