Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Employment Law team, you will work on a variety of matters, including regional and international cases, and across multiple sectors. You will have the opportunity to work with our Partners and wider team to manage complex projects and advise clients on high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects and advise clients on high-profile cases
  • Work with our Partners and wider team to deliver excellent client care
  • Supervise more junior members of the team
  • Deal with employment cases across multiple sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities
Requirements
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently at times with little supervision
  • Experience of working in a national team of lawyers
  • Experience of managing international stakeholders and supplier relationships
  • Responsive to change and able to innovate to accommodate clients' needs
  • Excellent IT skills to deliver innovative advice solutions
