Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our team in Essex and Hertfordshire. As a key member of our Surveying Services team, you will be responsible for undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties, upholding best professional practice to minimize financial and reputational risk to the business.
  • Complete 5 points per day, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Promptly and effectively respond to queries, complaints, and claims, providing excellent customer service.
  • Regularly review the performance and risk of products and propositions to ensure they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hold an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors qualification, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited.
  • Have excellent valuation and survey experience, with a strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
  • Have good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
