Building Surveyor Role

NPS Group, a national property consultancy, is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of properties and managing building repair activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake projects in accordance with RICS standards.
  • Ensure quality assured client-focused projects and services.
  • Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement and refurbishment schemes.
  • Prepare tender documents and undertake contract administration duties.
  • Undertake site surveys and defect analysis.
  • Participate in conservation projects.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Maintenance.
  • Current site card or willingness to attain.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction legislation.
