Job Summary

We are recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join our team. As an Area Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties
  • Uphold best professional practice to minimize financial and reputational risk to the business
  • Complete 5 points per day
  • Promptly and effectively respond to queries, complaints, and claims
  • Regularly review the performance and risk of products and propositions to ensure they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors qualification
  • Excellent valuation and survey experience
  • Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
  • Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
