This full-time position may require weekend shifts to guarantee the highest standards of customer service.
Candidate Profile
A solid background in managing a Bodyshop and handling Insurance claims is crucial, as we seek individuals with prior experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
This position is sales-oriented and ideal for a proactive, people-focused individual. Accreditation in Audatex and VDA is a prerequisite.
Exceptional communication abilities and a professional telephone demeanor are essential, as most authorizations will be negotiated via phone.
Familiarity with Audatex Enterprise is advantageous.
