The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, collating and recording relevant details of requests and providing accurate information.
  • Coordinate customer service requests and chase progression of work orders.
  • Resolve queries and complaints by applying a first call resolution plan to each call.
  • Create accurate data records containing all relevant information to enable requests to be resolved.
  • Enhance customer perception of the service by exceeding expectations and delivering solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
  • Hold, have held, or be eligible to apply for security clearance
