Job Summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Technical Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative and technical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including records management, filing, and correspondence drafting.
  • Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs.
  • Support the field office chief in scheduling and coordination.
  • Manage office equipment and supply inventory, and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the execution of office training programs and manage task management systems.
  • Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Graduate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System and timekeeping management programs.
