Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of litigated fraud claims, from initial investigation to resolution, ensuring that all cases are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strategic Excellence: You will work closely with our team leaders and lawyers to develop and implement effective case strategies, identifying opportunities to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
- Client Excellence: You will provide exceptional client service, ensuring that all clients are kept informed and updated on the progress of their cases.
- Technical Excellence: You will have a deep understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, as well as the ability to analyze complex evidence and identify key issues.
- Financial Excellence: You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all cases are handled in a commercially sound manner, with a focus on maximizing recoveries and minimizing costs.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in civil litigation claims handling, with a focus on fraud claims.
