UK Business Growth Specialist

NQA is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development professional to contribute to our growth in the UK and Ireland markets.
This remote-based sales role will see you become an integral part of the UK Business Development team, focusing on telesales activities to cultivate new business opportunities and enhance NQA's visibility.
Your Responsibilities:- Achieve individual and team targets for certification and training services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients and consultants.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for all NQA products and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales, marketing, and training teams to drive overall performance.
- Support the Sales Manager in UK exhibitions and events.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within a similar industry.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural talent for building positive relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Exceptional time management abilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Minimum education level of GCSE or equivalent.
