Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop bespoke UI components from scratch, enhancing user experience and system functionality.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate a small group of frontend engineers.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, sustainability, and performance, advocating for best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Create and deploy scalable and dependable front-end systems using the latest technologies.
  • Work closely with design and backend teams to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Align with business objectives to guarantee timely delivery of exceptional features.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in React.JS and Typescript.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a technical lead or equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Chai.
  • Experience with Redux.
