Job Title: Lead UI Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead UI Software Engineer to join our team at Kite Human Capital Ltd. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the UI development of a new in-house built platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI development of a new in-house built platform
  • Assess the current setup and make recommendations for the future vision
  • Work with senior management to develop a comprehensive UI strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and maintain high-quality UI components and features

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading UI development of a major programme
  • Strong knowledge of React (ideally 16/17) and Typescript (ideally 4/5)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
