Brand Manager

We are seeking a Brand Manager to elevate the Treatwell brand at both consumer and partner (hair and beauty salons) levels across Europe, spearheading a transformative phase and creating significant value for both sides of our marketplace.

This position will be responsible for advancing the brand in the 13 markets where we currently operate and will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for future growth both internationally and in terms of our service offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, combining strategic insight with a creative, consumer-focused mindset, and a relentless commitment to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building, safeguarding, and advocating for both B2C and B2B branding
  2. Excellence in campaign and strategic planning
  3. Demonstrated expertise in communications, particularly in social media and content, with an emphasis on influencer engagement
  4. A solid grasp of marketplace dynamics, especially regarding advocacy and network effects
  5. Leading creative performance in close collaboration with our Growth and Design teams
  6. Comprehensive delivery of brand marketing strategies and offline presence
  7. Providing insights from market and consumer behavior
  8. Team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration

You will have ownership of:

  1. Metrics related to brand awareness and consideration
  2. Higher funnel growth objectives, including incremental orders and leads
  3. Brand sentiment analysis
