Company Overview: My client are a dynamic and innovative company AI company at the forefront of their industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced GTM System Implementation Manager to join their team and drive their go-to-market strategy.

As the GTM System Implementation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing their GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing their overall business processes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to achieve their growth objectives.

Tasks
  • GTM Tech Stack Enhancement: Lead the implementation and optimization of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Clari, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Process Remapping: Work closely with stakeholders to map out existing processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
  • Salesforce and Hubspot Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our sales and marketing functions.
  • Business Acumen: Understand our B2B business model, market dynamics, and customer pain points to align our GTM strategy with business goals.
  • Project Management: Coordinate system upgrades, data migration, and user training.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales ops, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in GTM system implementation, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot is essential. Familiarity with Clari, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem solver with a track record of process improvement.
  • Availability: Available to start from early September.
