To effectively lead the HR system support across the business, you will be responsible for the development and management of the iTrent HR and Payroll system.

Extensive knowledge of iTrent is crucial for this role, as it will be instrumental in ensuring the system is utilised to its fullest potential to support the growing businesses needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the development of iTrent for HR and Payroll, ensuring its optimal use throughout the business
- Act as the HR Systems Manager for cross-organisational projects aimed at improving the quality of data, enhancing system integration, and streamlining associated business processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MHR and collaborate closely with other departments in relation to system queries
- Ensure the iTrent system is configured to align with the business needs
- Take responsibility for the development and maintenance of system security, including the implementation and upkeep of the organisational and authorisations hierarchy and appropriate access restrictions
- Generate accurate, timely, and user-friendly reports using Business Objects
- Ensure effective and efficient integration between the HR/Payroll system and other relevant systems
- Lead projects designed to enhance and develop the group's HR and related systems, ensuring proper scoping, resource allocation, effective management, and timely, within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the group's recruitment team to ensure the HR system's recruitment modules align with internal policies and procedures
- Provide appropriate training and updates to relevant teams
- Ensure accurate system documentation for all relevant parties within the business
- Develop complete, accurate, and accessible user guides and training materials that meet the needs of system users
- Act as the in-house expert on HR/Payroll systems, mentoring HR and HR Systems staff on the use of iTrent, Business Objects, and other HR systems
- Engage with other HR and Payroll IT system users through user groups to share best practices and influence software development with the provider
- Experience of Workflows, Batch Processes, Security, Rostering are all required for this role
