Full time, hybrid role**

This role would perhaps be of interest to an good administrator or a graduate with a degree in Psychology, HR, Marketing or Business related field with administration skills.

**Person specification**:

- Have excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy learning and how to use new technologies
- A quick learner with the ability to absorb and retain information easily
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player
- Proficient in MS Office systems
- Knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous
- A good multitasker, adaptable and able to switch easily between a variety of tasks that you'll be managing
- Reliable with a positive "can do" attitude
- Lives within an easily commutable distance from, New Malden area.
- Available to start in early January 2023

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Secure a job where no two days are the same as you work across multiple teams managing a variety of tasks, which will include:

- Adding sales enquiries to the CRM system
- Creating and adding campaign leads to the CRM system
- Adding training bookings to the CRM system
- Providing technical support for delegates attending virtual training courses
- Supporting training booking enquiries
