Reporting Relationship: Directly to the Director

**Salary**: £38,000 per Annum

**Job Description**:
Sales & Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering all sales Strategies. He/She will be training the sales team as a thoughtful leader and innovative partner to work with external clients.

The Manager will own and maintain the delivery roadmap for the commercial success of the company, listening to the market needs and develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.

The Trade Marketing Manager must work effectively with brand team and operations to ensure solutions are created that can be delivered with maximum revenue potential. The Sales and Trade Marketing Manager will lead all external front facing conversationsto deliver innovative sales & trade marketing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
Ø Design, execute and evaluate long-term and short-term integrated Trade marketing and sales campaigns for various revenue streams.

Ø Develop and implement a foreign market sales strategy, especially focused on Asian market as company is planning to expand its business in Asian Markets after successfully establishing it in USA, Canada and Europe.

Ø Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.

Ø Carry out trainings on marketing, branding of the sales teams and dealers regarding the standards.

Ø Identify and develop new sources of revenue through strategic partnering and developing international and new markets.

Ø Develop a special trade promotional plan with key customers (distributors, retailers, wholesalers, etc.) and channels.

Ø Ensures that the local feedback is considered by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.

Ø Work as Trade Marketing Manager to deliver a suite of trade facing messaging into compelling marketing materials clients.

Ø Trade Marketing Manager will deliver process of events. Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand the product and content roadmap that will offer the biggest commercial value for the sales team.

Ø Implement new practices in marketing communications to grow revenues.

Ø Ensure sales teams are trained and conversant in Future’s product portfolio.

Requirement and Other Skills:

- BBA/MBA preferably completed in the UK: focus in Business, Marketing and Trade.
- Knowledge of Asian market, as we will be planning to open office in the near future in different countries of Asia for the expansion reasons. If you have experience of working in Pakistan, this will be an advantage.
- Must be bilingual: Urdu, Punjabi and English.
- Strong command over MS Office Suite especially Excel, Hosted Desktops.
- Strategic plan for delivery plan and operations to follow through Brand evangelists and Sales teams.
- Five years’ experience working in marketing/communication’s/ Business development or related functions.
- High level of Project Management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills must be Ambitious, proactive, and positive.
- Demonstrated ability to manage own workload and to work as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of online advertising ecosystem, social media, digital and mobile marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.
- Effective review and checking skills, excellent interpersonal and professional manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised, to work within deadlines and be highly organized.
