**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships, optimising quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and receive information on market activities and provide relevant reports and information to clients
- Providing validation reports to customers in a timely manner removing potential late payment charges
- Managing the queries with supplier billing to completion advising the client through every stage of the process
- Managing the billing database ensuring all validation is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing the debt process and ensuring all debt is provided to customers, liaison with suppliers and provision of require remittance or statements of accounts
- Providing Ad-hoc support when required to the team in various tasks

**Key Skills and Competences**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in client account engagement
- Knowledge of the energy supply market
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commercially astute
- Able to resolve queries and disputes with clients and suppliers
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
- Strong problem solving ability and driven to resolve queries
- Strong MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Previous experience working with energy suppliers
- Experience of working with multi-site accounts or in the public-sector space

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
