Sales and Lettings Negotiator

We are an independent Estate Agents based in Wallington that has taking care of property in the Wallington, Carshalton and Sutton areas since 1991 we are well known for ensuring we match the right person to each property.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Management Consultant to join our team. As a Property Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to vendors and landlords helping them to secure the right buyer / tenant for their property.

**Duties**:

- Overseeing the sales and rental deaprtment
- Conducting all viewings
- Manage rental listings and advertising efforts to attract prospective tenants
- Communicate with property owners and managers to understand their needs and goals
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and rental rates- Act as a primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, letting or renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients and manage their expectations effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Manage property listings and social media accounts
- Assist clients with the preparation of relevant property documentation and contracts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property sales, lettings, or a similar customer-facing role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
- A valid UK driving license and own vehicle
- Ability to work Saturdays with one day off during the week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Property Sales or Letting: 2 years (required)
