We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,619.97 per year
