NRwell LTD are looking for a motivated individual to join our administration team.

**Daily Responsibilities include**:

- Processing Orders
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Checking order confirmations from suppliers to make sure all information is correct.
- Checking PO dates to monitor when goods should arrive.
- Chasing suppliers to make sure all orders arrive on time.
- Liaising with sales team and customers regarding existing orders.
- Dealing with warranty claims and aftersales requests
- Sending order confirmation to customers.
- Organising deliveries using courier websites such as TNT and UPS

**Role requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate with others.
- Be a problem solver
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- The ability to work under pressure and to time restraints.
- Proficient in computer systems such as the Microsoft office suite.
