**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist the Sales, QS, and Operations teams by managing schedules, compiling reports, and maintaining records. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, and facilitate internal communication.
- **Document Control**: Maintain accurate documentation and project files, ensuring all necessary paperwork is readily available and organised. Assist in the preparation of project bids, contracts, and documentation.
- **Data Management**: Input and manage data related to project tracking and employee records in the company’s CRM and project management software.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a professional image is presented at all times.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during departmental meetings.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**: Monitor supplies and place orders as necessary. Ensure equipment and materials for the Sales and Operations teams are tracked and managed.
- **Support Financial Operations**: Assist with invoicing, billing, and the preparation of financial documents as needed by the QS department.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Certification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
