Your new role
To provide daily administrative tasks for the facilities that are assigned to this role. You will need to be a confident yet authentic individual to support the rest of the team. Delivering general administrative tasks like data processing, handling phone calls & mail, front line maintenance and supporting the facilities' management team.
The main duties include managing the administration functions within the Estates and Facilities Department, covering areas such as -

  • Vehicles
  • Insurance
  • Health and safety
  • Maintenance,
  • Facilities support
  • Ordering equipment and furniture.
Also, including office duties from -

  • IT and data processing
  • Office administration
  • Handling daily post and telephones
  • General clerical tasks
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Recording and reporting maintenance job sheets
  • Maintaining motor vehicle records and schedules
What you'll need to succeed
Has 1–2 years of experience in administration or a related role.Demonstrates strong knowledge of Estates Administration.Is proficient in MS Office and database concepts.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
