Karntek, a fire safety consultancy based in Stafford, is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic Head Office operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-focused individual to support fire safety professionals in ensuring customer compliance with building safety standards.

The Compliance Administrator will play a crucial part in the operations team, receiving comprehensive training for the position. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation of building safety case reports to aid clients in their applications for Building Assessment Certificates.
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is accurate, timely, and properly completed.
  • Tracking compliance records using tools like Excel and internal databases.
  • Supporting the overall safety and compliance efforts of Karntek's clients, ensuring their documentation adheres to the latest regulations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, such as facilities and property managers, to collect important information for creating thorough Building Safety Cases.
  • Working closely with multiple property management clients simultaneously.
  • Supporting customers with building safety risk compliance.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of Facilities or Property Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations and compliance preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
