Love keeping people organised? We have just the role for you Following retirement of the current postholder we have an exciting opening within the Commissioning, Performance and Intelligence team for a self-starting, effective and efficient Business Administrator.

You will be part of our function's Management Team, providing comprehensive administrative support for the senior team. Day to day will be varied including diary management, personnel administration as well as administrating a wide range of internal and external meetings. You should thrive under pressure and be able to respond well to changing deadlines and priorities. In turn, we provide a positive work environment (ask to see our Staff Survey results), offering hybrid and flexible working.

Receive and make telephone calls in accordance with Trust Policy and in an appropriate manner.

Maintain good communication and relationships with the CPI teams, as well as corporate and Care Group operational teams.

Manage workforce administration in a confidential and sensitive manner.

Maintain absolute patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with Trust Policy and the legal framework such as the Data Protection Act.

Utilise excellent keyboard skills to produce clinical and routine correspondence to health professionals, patients and their

Utilise Trust information systems for purposes such as the creation of correspondence, to book appointments and to answer queries.

Pro-actively ensuring that you attend, participate and complete all Trust Training requirements and complete a Performance Development Review in line with Trust Policies.
