One Property Recruitment is seeking a resident services associate for one of their developments in Derby. The resident service associates are the foundation of the business and imperative to what “build to rent” is trying to achieve. We need someone engaging and determined to build relationships with the residents. We need someone that is going to come into the company and hit the ground running. You will have the opportunity to interact with leaseholders and your work colleagues daily and you will be working as part of a team to provide an outstanding service from start to finish. You will have a responsibility to ensure that the tenants are as well looked after as possible. This is an amazing opportunity to work in the fast growing Build to Rent sector. There will be a lot of opportunity for progression within this company. Your core duties will include:

- Delivering a great first impression to every stakeholder, including team members, visitors, investors, clients and current residents.
- Maintaining and upholding a high standard for community check appeal by conducting inspections of all communal areas to ensure that all the areas are well-maintained.
- Responding quickly and politely to any resident queries or concerns and ensuring that there is action made to attempt to solve these issues in a courteous manner.
- Following health and safety procedures in line with the national policies.
- Ability to keep all sensitive information completely confidential.
- Planning events for resident engagement and prevent loneliness in the community.

**The starting salary for this position is £25,000 per annum DOE**

This position would suit someone who has a bubbly and welcoming personality. You will have had some experience in a customer facing role and will be used to speaking on the phone as well as in person. I am looking for the following experience/attributes:

- Experience in customer facing roles
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders in a polite and well communicated manner
- A can-do attitude
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage an abundance of daily tasks
