**What you’ll do?**

As a Pathway Specialist you will play a vital role in helping our learners develop the practical legal skills needed to succeed in their chosen area of law.

**Who you are?**

You will be driven by a passion for helping others succeed in their legal career. You’ll have experience of working in Wills and Probate, and will either have provided training to others in the workplace or held a teaching role. Naturally a great communicatorboth in person and online, you will be confident in meeting and working with stakeholders and will ensure the learner’s best interests are always paramount. You will be a solution-focused thinker who can work through ambiguity and shares our vision for wideningaccess to the legal profession.

**Location**: Remote working (with in-person attendance in London approx. 6 - 10 times per year)
**Salary**: £29,750-£35,000
**Hours**: 35 hours per week
