An opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Administration Officer to join the Financial Assurance & Debt Management Team.

The Financial & Administration Officer provides support to the sub teams based within Customer Financial Services, whom have responsibility for statutory functions relating to adult social care finance.

**The work is varied and includes**: running reports and creating work activities; dealing with calls and visits from customers and their representatives; sending out letters and forms and monitoring their return; basic admin tasks in relation to prepaid cards; debt management tasks such as setting up payment plans; and, other general admin tasks (i.e. post, scanning, etc)

The post holder will need to be able to work in a busy team, be positive and supportive to others, be organised and manage their own work priorities, be competent in dealing with various different people and be meticulously accurate in their work.
