Finance and Administration Apprenticeship

This is a Finance and Administration role based in the Customer Financial Services Team for Adult Social Care. The Team is divided into three Teams who support all the Financial Transactional requirements for Adults who are receiving Care either in the Community or a Residential setting.

The Team is very busy and the work is varied. We carry out Financial Assessments to establish how much a customer can pay towards their care in accordance with the Care Act 2014. We make payments to providers, carry out service balances and audit customers who have a Direct Payment account. We also manage the finances for those customers who are unable to manage their own financial affairs.

The Apprentices will support the Financial Administration for the whole team and you will gain a broad range of experience and knowledge.
- You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+ or working towards
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team working
- Commitment to complete an Apprenticeship
- Ability to travel and attend training in North Lincolnshire

You will gain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.
