Our main product lines include Truck and Trailer hardware, such as friction and air braking products, Lighting, body components, electrical and lighting products, oils and lubricants, exhausts and aircon parts, clutch friction, brake and clutch hydraulics, cab panels and cab structural products, workshop consumables and tools.

An integral part of our award-winning teams, our dedicated Parts Sales Advisors are the driving force behind our success. Handling enquiries from our vast customer base, developing lasting relationships and processing orders/counter trade alongside constant product and customer service training. The backbone of our successful business.

**Responsibilities of our Apprentice Parts Sales Advisors**

**Key Accountabilities and Expectations**
- To achieve branch sales and margin targets
- Assist the branch in completing daily, weekly, monthly tasks as specified by the Branch Manager
- Uphold a high standard of HSE and housekeeping
- Ensure accurate control of individual stock
- Ensure Customers are advised on the best value, correct parts/consumables whilst also endeavouring to up sell related product from approved suppliers
- Ensure marketing material is despatched in line with Company goals

**Process**
- Aim to answer sales calls within three rings with a maximum of fifteen-minute call back
- Complete delegated management planner tasks within the agreed timeframe
- All goods booked in on the day of arrival
- Follow up quotes and where applicable feedback via lost sales

**Finance**
- Petty cash and cash sale procedures followed
- Credits and returns cleared daily
- Assist in debt collection and pay later collection
- Accurate stock reporting

**People**
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure company training is complete
- 40 hours per week

Pay: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
