Sales Office Administrator ( interviews to take place wc 16th Jan )

Job Duties & Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:

- Processing of sales orders on sage to include delivery note and manifest Liaise with Transport Companies
- Retrieving Pods
- Sending samples/parcels - royal mail / FedEx Process Aldi/Lidl/Brakes/Bookers orders
- Send copy invoices/statements EDI ( online invoices )
- Deal with price queries
- Run sales reports
- Update customer accounts with default prices and account info liaise with the warehouse staff regarding any issues with orders
- Scanning of batch numbers and putting into folders for BRC purposes
- Prepare invoices for upload to Barclays and complete log sheet
- Knowledge of Sage Accounts Package an advantage

Salary £20,00 per annum Monday - Friday 08:30-16:30 (half hour lunch break unpaid)

Interviews to take place at the beginning of January 2023

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
