**Administrator (End Point Assessment)**:
This is a great opportunity for some looking to combine their administrative and customer service skills. You’ll provide proactive administrative support to internal and external stakeholders linked to the End-point Assessment (EPA) Service and our wider Apprenticeship Delivery.

We offer hybrid working but this role is based at our Burntwood offices, near Lichfield so you will need to be within commuting distance.

In this busy role, some of your key duties will include:

- Providing support to the EPA Events Booking Team
- Processing and sharing daily reports
- Acting as the first line telephone support
- Helping to monitor inboxes, responding to and supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Raising invoices requests for cancellations
- Approving and processing associate claims

- Have good written and verbal communications
- Have good IT and Numeracy skills
- Positive and flexible in their approach
- Able to prioritise their own workloads and meet deadlines
