Milestones Trust is a not for profit organisation that supports people with learning disabilities, metal health needs and complex behavioural needs across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

We are looking for people to join our Recruitment Team in our busy head office in Bristol. This would be an excellent opportunity for an in-house recruiter or an agency recruiter to join our team and make a real difference to people’s lives.

The post holder will build close supporting relationships with managers in order to predict forthcoming resourcing needs for both temporary and permanent staff.

The Resourcing Advisor role with Milestones Trust will be become a key member of the Resourcing Team and will provide an efficient and professional resourcing support service within the trust.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to work at a fast pace, be organised and have a flexible approach. You will also need to be pro-active, with a bias to problem-solving and creative thinking. This role is a great opportunity for someone to make a difference to the way the organisation recruits for our services and for the people we support.

As Resourcing Advisor, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the development of high-quality resourcing plans for ‘hot-spots’, and implement them by supporting the drafting of adverts and other local marketing material, facilitating assessment centres and open days and supporting with interviews.
- Working in collaboration with the Resourcing team to ensure staff are recruited into post as quickly as possible, proactively identifying barriers to timely recruitment and removing or mitigating these delays.
- Be a logical thinker who enjoys working a fast-paced environment, who can work well with in a team but will also be comfortable in working alone.
- Administration experience and IT skills with working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, MS Office and Power apps.
