Company Overview

Kennedy Pearce Consulting, a global engineering company, is seeking an experienced Dutch speaking HR Generalist to join their team. This role will be based in Burgess Hill and will involve working with the Human Resources Director to ensure all Human Resources needs are addressed and resolved across the UK and the Netherlands.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite at our office in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities that support our teams through programs such as performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and interpretation/application of employment policies and procedures.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of local employment law, employer requirements, and Works Council relationship management for the Netherlands. A deep understanding of local Dutch HR policies and processes is essential. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are required.

We are looking for someone with solid experience as an HR generalist gained in a high-paced environment and a deep understanding of HR fundamentals such as people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations.

Acting as a trusted advisor on a wide range of HR related matters, the successful candidate will also take ownership as a project manager for local implementation of global / regional initiatives.

Experience from large international organizations and the ability to build relationships and navigate a complex stakeholder matrix are highly desirable.

Good change management, facilitation, and coaching skills are also required.


Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be between £45,000 and £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This salary range reflects the level of expertise required for this position, as well as the complexity of the tasks involved.

Required Skills and Qualifications
