**Position: Administrative and Human Resources Secretary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative operations, providing support to enhance efficiency and productivity within the workplace.
- Handle basic financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports, with precision and accountability.
- Cultivate and maintain trade industry connections to support Source’s business development and operational needs.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring smooth information flow and stakeholder engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Established network within the trade sector, demonstrating the ability to leverage relationships for business advantage.
- Strong familiarity with cross-border trade practices and regulations, ensuring compliance and strategic insight into international trading dynamics.
- Competence in recruitment and staff management, paired with a keen eye for talent that supports company growth and culture.
- Basic financial acumen, capable of managing financial documentation and supporting the company’s financial health.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and, ideally, Mandarin, to facilitate communication with our Chinese partners and suppliers.
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is highly desirable.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
