Job Description

Dartmouth Partners are working with global investor who are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join their team. If you’re passionate about human resources, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. This includes personal information, contracts, and benefits. Additionally, you’ll process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes efficiently.
  • Support the people team with their day to day admin tasks and Answer HR-related queries from employees courteously. Maintain HR files and documentation systematically. Additionally, coordinate training sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Stay informed about employment legislation and company policies. Your role will involve assisting in policy implementation and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
