Sodexo are searching for a highly organised and enthusiastic Site Administrator to join us at our city centre based site.

**Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week - Shifts ranging between the hours of 7am - 6pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist with the completion of unit payroll weekly including administration of UDC System and Kronos system
- To assist with the completion of unit’s EprophIT financial trading including weekly closing of books and financial reporting and investigation
- To maintain all business records, such as personnel files, master stock spreadsheets and other management reporting logs.
- To administer the successful submission of all vetting requirements for site-based roles
- To organize and carry out new starter’s induction and accompanying onboarding paperwork
- To prepare materials to be used at weekly Sodexo huddle
- To issue keys to client and colleagues, as required and to conduct weekly key audits
- To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team
- To ensure and complete all minute taking for Sodexo Meetings including note taking where required at HR meetings.
- To deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to Front of House Manager.

**Other duties will include**:

- To assist the BEC team with hospitality operations as required
- To assist with the lifting and movement of furniture within a team or at preparation for meetings
- When required to assist the catering department in the café shop, including stocking up, assisting with the till and or hot foot as required.
- To take part and effectively engage in employee training and having a full understanding of Health and Safety, Food safety, COSHH, Cleaning methods, Cleaning Training and Site Specifics Procedures
- To have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment as directed by the Front of House Manager, only after correct training has been given
- To perform miscellaneous cleaning or receptionist tasks as instructed by the Front of House Manager / General Services Manager
- To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team.
- To ensure that the appropriate safety signage is used at all appropriate times e.g. wet floor signs to ‘warn’ customers were possible.
