As a Controls Assurance Administrator, you will support the operational control framework across all of Customer Care and Oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering quality in terms of control oversight.-
- Plan and prioritise day to day risk and controls activities.-
- Escalate potential issues and risk to Control Assurance Analysts.-
- Support with embedding first line risk & control responsibility and accountability within Operations, including increasing the awareness of risks & controls.We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Excellent customer service experience servicing both internal and external customers.-
- Experience improving processes and identifying efficiencies.-
